Going to the Carowinds amusement park in NC with the family, and the next day we'll leave the hotel and visit one of the biggest malls on the eastern part of the US.

I'm not much on rides. I'll probably be spending all my time in the water park.

I can ride the roller coasters, but honestly, I'm afraid to.

Nothing wrong with that. I used to ride them all the time, but some of the newest ones are just INSANE.... don't know if I'd make it onto some of them. [img]confused.gif[/img]

I can't even stand a Ferris Wheel.

The extreme heights really bother me, but the thought of flying off the track at 80mph, flying a couple hundred feet and slamming into the pavement persuades me not to ride anything like you would normally find in a park like Carowinds.

most rifes scare the crap outta me.
I can handle the Rotor, and most anything that doesn't leave the ground.

heights are a BIG problem for me.

Wow, that's almost exactly the way I am.
I like things that don't leave the ground and don't have sudden, fast jerky movements.

I love the Scrambler, because if you fly off of that thing, you'll just slide along the ground while still in your protective seat, and not have a brain-splattering impact like if a roller coaster came off its tracks.

dunno if you are familiar with West Edmonton Mall, but they have a coaster in there.
one time, it de-railed and a shitload of folks died.
a few years later, MUNG was in Edmonton, and our drummer spent hours riding the damn thing. kept bugging me to go on too.

I also told him we could pick up a drum machine for pretty cheap, just in case...
